I do when I'm in a depressive phase or high anxiety, it's very normal.

Today I forgot the password to log into my mobile phone - I had to call my spouse to remember it! I've had this password for over two years now. I felt like I was going crazy.

Like Rennie said, stress and anxiety can bring about these types of symptoms and it IS normal. But if they persist it wouldn't hurt to see someone about it.
