Hi guys,

I've been reading threads here quite often lately so I thought I'd join up!
I am agoraphobic due to a lengthy history of anxiety/ panic attacks.
I've been working hard to get better (trying different meds, CBT exposure therapy) and one thing I feel I'm missing is the camaraderie of knowing some other people out there who suffer with the same difficulties I do!

So I look forward to chatting with y'all!
