Heavy limbs and giddy

I've woken up this morning with really heavy limbs and my calfs feel as though they are going to cramp any minute?. I also feel extremely week and giddy? Anybody else get this? Or can shed some light? Xx

I do feel like this sometimes if I've slept really heavily, usually goes away after moving about a bit, poking head out window/garden and breathing deeply :)
