Hi everyone!
I've just joined No More Panic and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Sarah and I suffer from with panic attacks and more recently palpitations.
I'm hoping to alleviate some of my symptoms by chatting with fellow sufferers. I decided to try acupuncture for the palpitations and am currently having treatment. It would be great to hear from you guys.
