Hi everybody, my names Jenny and I'm 21 years old. I actually found this site right after a episode (horrible horrible panic attack). I suffer with severe panic attacks and agoraphobia for about half a year now. I kid you not, when I say horrible I mean my bpm goes up to 230, this one lasted for about 5 to 6 minutes, then my bpm goes to a low 60, which then after, my body is extremely tense and shaky and I shiver like I'm cold, when I'm not, then aches and pains usually follow suit. (I've been to 4 cardiologists in the last year, all which say my heart is perfect. So it's not a heart issue.) But anyways, I'm just here looking for some kind of support group. And maybe some answers along the way. God bless. ♥
