Depressed and needing help :-(

Come on Hayley, you are stronger than you think and you know your life isn't hell, you have a lot of positives in your life and are just going through a rough patch at the moment. Have you been to any more of the group sessions yet? You did really well at your first one. :hugs::hugs::hugs:

I don't think it will ever get better I went to 2 sessions missed 3 there's another 3 left but I actually hate my life xxx

Why did you miss the sessions? You need to get more help and support if you are feeling so much worse.

I cudnt get there cos of the travelling on the bus and than the 25 min walk but now my brother is giving me a lift so started going again xx
