Feel worried heart?

I always have chest pain pretty much all the time but I have a really bad squeezing pain and burning at the top of my left arm I probably am panicking inside a little but my arm is really burning and my face feels flush aswell got a feeling it's going to send me on one and I really font want to I've already googled anyone help x

Its surprising what anxiety can cause.. My test has always been as follows:
~pain in chest~
Is this likely to be a heart attack?
~No I'm 23, healthy fit and surprisingly still breathing~
So there's no need to panic.. but i can help but worry.
~lets test , if i calm down and do something else for half hour and it magically goes away when I'm not thinknig about it , its definatly anxiety.
Half an hour later the pain is gone :P

Lets no ignore things like this.. but I'm just saying i can now recognizes this exact kind of pain as anxiety based and can put it aside more often.
