Tonight I feel really sick have stomach pains and a throbbing head I never have headaches nor feel sick? I'm ill I no it. I feel like I'm dying

Katy all I can say is, if you feel that ill, them you should call 111.

May heal it's just a sickness bug, but I have no way of knowing. Call 111, give your details and see what advice they offer. Hope you feel better soon.

Katy, i had these exact symptoms for few days last week. Apparently its a bug going around. Take some paracetomal and get some sleep :-) xxxx
