hello everyone im debra im finding my way around the site.I suffered bad panic attacks sixteen years ago when my daughter was born (related to postnatal depression)in time igot through they have still come back from time to time but i coped.Now for some reason i feel out of my depth and very afraid as some symptoms are different especially the feeling of tightness like a band pulled tight under my ribs and around my back is this spasms? thankyou for the thorough explanations on the symptoms page this has never been explained in such detail and has helped tremendously-thankyou [B)]
