HI.

Having a bad year due to ocd GA had to quit my job this week. need advice, direction, I have only self diagnosed.

Where you signed off from work by a GP when you quit work?

It is a pity you quit as you would have been able to get more financial support if you had gone down other routes. You should still be able to claim ESA.

Thanks Annie. I know, it just got too much, almost like being victimised. Couldn't take it any more.

Just need to get working on this anxiety. Its really bad, worst I have ever felt

Are you on any medication or having any therapy?

yeah. paroxetine and mirtazipine. no therapy yet. I keep trying to find what causes this but, I cant find 1 specific thing. I know its bad at the moment because going to the supermarket has become a hard thing to do.

Unfortunately it doesn't have to have a cause :( You might find CBT4Panic helpful. I will try to find you the link.
