hi all, about two months ago my anxiety (that i've dealt with basically all my life, but to minimal amounts) basically went off the charts and started leading to depression as well.
i started 10mg escitalopram 12 days and and this second week has been tough. at first i thought i was feeling the benefit, but the intrusive thoughts that started to plague me are still there and worrying me. plus i've felt down and tired yesterday and today.
i guess what i'm saying is that i need some encouragement. how long did it take for you all to see a difference? i know it says to wait 4-6 weeks but i'm ready to be happy again, i've had a tough day today.
