Hi, I joined this web site since I suffer from depression and anxiety. I have been taking Citalopram 30 mg. for the past 7 years, occasionally seeking counseling from friends and psychiatrists. My condition has been triggered by stress related to my parentīs death in parallel with my job as well as the challenges related to having small children while putting up with a broken marriage. Now that I am divorced and my children are in their teens, I feel that I should get off the medication; however, I am putting it off for fear of the side effects. I need advice from others who suffer from the same condition and counseling on how to deal with the breaking free from this addiction.
