I've tried coming off Citalopram by reducing my dose from 10mg to 5mg for the last two days and right now I feel awful. Can anyone recommend a better approach? My doctor said I should just take one 10mg every otherr day but that really doesn't sound like a good idea to me.
Also is it possible to get serotonin syndrome from serotonin dropping too low? I've only taken 5mg for the last two days and I'm now having a beer to relieve a few of the physical sensations. Am I at any risk?
