chest/wrist pain?

Has anybody ever had chest pain rightish side that you can feel in your wrist at the same time.? Been having a hard time lately with arm and chest pains doc didn't seem concerned with my heart but he only listened I haven't had and EKG in 4 years

Hi I have burning in rt hand arm was do well these past nights until today after heart dr worked myself up enough to get a elevated Bp and just can't let it go. But that wat we have to do is let it go.
