2014 My Year

2014 is the year that I get rid of H.A once and for all. I have had it for many years, sometimes thinking its gone, but coming back worse than ever, well not any more Skippy's book has given me the push I need to make this happen. In January I will be getting a new knee, I will be able to walk and sleep without pain :) a good start to the year.So who will join me in fighting this, don,t spend as many years as me, thinking about it, what a waste of a life Simi

Hi simi, I'm nearly there with my HA. I feel a million miles better now than I have done previously, unfortunately I still have one niggle that won't leave me, so I'll join you and hope that 2014 will be the year that I get rid of my one remaining fear :)
