Depersonalisation fear!

Hi guys. Last year at exactly the same time as this year I ended up with depersonalisation. It was horrible as many of u will know. Now this year I have it again, but with a difference. Visually it doesn't look like I'm in a dream but the feeling in my stomach and the whole messed up mind is the same. It's strange. And it's scary as hell. Can anyone give me some advice about DP because I have no idea how I got out of it last time.

Ahhh Hun, I get this and have had it years but didn't know just after the first time had to grin & bare it.

I still don't know what to say now to you nor myself - just prey & hope it goes away ASAP & Destraction.

It is soooooooooo scary , knowing your here but not feeling it. Soooo very scary I know.xxx
