Sore throat

when i swallow i have a pain in my throat, and when i feel my throat i can feel a lump but i dont know whether this is just always there :( I have tried a throat sweet and it had no effect. I also tried 'rescue remedy' to help me relax, neither hs made a difference. I also noticed my gum by my back tooth is swallon and has a white patch on it.
I also get a dry mouth and white tounge (and yellow mouth) which i have always put down to anxiety.

I would probably get that checked out. With the swollen gum and white tongue it could be a bit of an infection.

Here's mine - if you do go for a check up make sure you also discuss your anxiety disorder. That's a much better way to achieve wellness. Hope you're feeling better soon :hugs:

I had something similar a couple of weeks back I went to my GP and it was an infection it lasted for a good few days, I couldn't swallow or speak the doc gave me penicillin and pain killers and it cleared after a few days. I would advise you see your GP.
