myocardial perfusion

Hi has anybody had myocardial perfusion? I have had anxiety for three years and had chest pain, my gp said I am ok heartwise but they want to do this test to convince me, I am having it in two parts resting tomorrow and stress on Thursday. Any advice would be great as I am panicky today, thanks.

Mimie first off I hope you're feeling a little calmer right now. Second - are you being treated for your anxiety disorder? You're putting yourself through an awful lot of unecessary terror re the anxiety, and it's a treatable illness.

If you are then ok but it doesn't sound as though you're doing too well. My best advice, and I say this time and again, is that you address the illness that you do have, rather than exhaust yourself (as well as frighten yourself half to death) looking for illnesses that you don't have.
