Finding this place is a god send and couldn't have come at a better time.
I'm 29 and looking to get some help/tips on combating my recent Anxiety bouts. Last week saw me land in my local doctors in the midst of an attack and since I've been rocking the Bedranol on my docs orders.
I guess I've always been anxious really and that after some pretty heavy events in the recent past things have come to boiling point.
To tell the truth these attacks are pretty scary when they kick in and due to the lack of understanding/support from family I'm here to try and get a hold on things.
