ativan and xanax same day??

hello tomorrow i have to travel by boat so i will have a meeting with a very good doctor.tha boat scares me so much that i think ativan is not going to be enought covering me....is a bad idea to use some xanax 0.50 in different time that taking my regular ativan dose???

I am not sure if you can mix those medications together but somebody on here with first hand experience might be able to offer you some advice. Otherwise I'd call your doctor and ask if it's OK.
