Hate time of month am due on feel like am going backwards my anxiety is 10 times worse every month shakey/anxious horrible feeling my mind over thinking am I I'll etc..... Etc.... Why do I have to get this every month ????????

Why don't you look into something that will stop your periods Dan?

Thinking of it as am like this every month it's horrible I have the coil now but still get periods but my doc did mention about there's another coil that can stop ur periods think I need that just feel so panicky / knot in stomach over thinking That am ill etc....

I have it - the mirena coil - wonderful lol

Dunno which one I have lol still get periods an feel crappy :( EVERYMONTh always dot on a week b4 and this month 10 days early an last month 3days early the hot flushes are a killer

Talk to your doctor - there is loads they can do trust me
