ankle agony

was okay few days ago when went to bed now my ankle is killing me even when no putting pressure on it and moved to near foot,
ibrfuofen doesnt do anything
it feels like a sprain but no chance that as was fine and not being down anything until went to bed now its painful and stiff

any advice, this isnt an injury

I'm not a doc but I have gout from treatment and it starts in my ankle before moving to my big toe area. It's excruciating. Even narcs barely touches it when I get a flare up. If it's still bad tomorrow I would call your doc.

but im only 30 and never had this before?
it hasnt moved to big toe just top and bottom of ankle, feels like a sprain but came on overnight
wont be able to get in docs for a week. what will happen if i leave it?

If it gets worse then you can usually see the nurse instead of the doctor and you can always ask for an emergency appt. See how it is tomorrow

still the same and also getting tingling in my leg and arm pain too
hate going to the nurses or docs again th4ey wont see me unless emergency
will deep heat work insteaD?>
