Does any fellow health anxiety sufferers just sit at work/home etc, and just not feel all there? Just like the world is moving around you, your eye sight glazes slightly almost like you were half cut, you may look at your arm and it may not look like it's yours to control? Almost like a weird daydream but sends you in to a slight sense of panic at the end?

I know how nuts that sounded but it's hard to explain haha.

Any advice?

That sounds like depersonalisation/derealization

I'm an anxiety sufferer and I know exactly the feeling. It's like everything isn't real, and you're in slow motion but the rest of the world isn't.
It makes me feel like I'm in a dream, such a terrible feeling!

When I feel that way, the thing I do is try to keep my self busy right away, it seems to keep my mind off it and makes it go away.

All the best :hugs:
