pain urinating but gone

I had a like burning stinging sensation and urine was cloudy 4 days ago but only had it once and that night had red streaks only once in it.the next morning when to doc's at hospital and she found blood in urine but came back neg and I got erectile dysfunction and white flakes with some being like black dirt type and urinating small amount but not desperate for it. I also have pain in Lower abdomen just about pubic bone and lower back. I also found threadworms as well am really worried what could this be
