Heart rate around 85 bpm and always beats faster when due on/on my period

Is this a normal heart rate?

Also does anybody else have the fast heart rate before/during a period?

I think 85 is perfectly fine for a heartrate, normal heart rate is anywhere between 60 - 100 bpm really.
