My eating anxiety seemed to have calmed down lately and am back to eating normally.
Today i'd eaten some ramen, half a packet of cheese biscuits and just not I was eating pizza for dinner.
I got to my sixth slice (small pizza) and I noticed my stomach starting to hurt a little. During my seventh slice I had to stop eating.
It started to really hurt just under the left rib area and the pain ran down my left side and towards the middle of my stomach. I got up out of panic and it started to feel worse and I went to use bathroom and I passed a tiny bit of gas but that was it.
It stayed painful for about 5 minutes, it hurt when I sat too. It passed and now i'm sat with a slight pain in my left side abdomen, it feels like something is sitting in my stomach.
I'm also feeling a little tired now, dunno if this is just panic.
I'm really scared and worried :s
