Blood when I wipe and on underwear

On Saturday I was a little constipated, fresh blood came out with my stool. After that my bum area was quiet sore. Then I went to the loo on a Sunday there was no blood. I went to the loo on Monday no blood, however after several hours I noticed blood on my underwear little, got freaked out, wiped that area and der was blood not much jus little. Went to the loo today no blood with stool but when I wipe after hours ders blood. I'm crazy scared!

Sorry having to go in so much detail I'm just so scared. ��

If you are constipated thats totally normally, you may have strained to hard or given a teeny tear but thats fine.

It will either be piles or a small fissure, nothing serious. Maybe you could get some of the moist toilet tissue wipes to use until it heals as they are softer.

Thanks guys for the re-assurance, I tink im jus so scared because I heard of blood on toilet tissue rite after bowel movement, but blood on tissue after several hours of having BM I haven't heard of or on underwear ��

If it has become sore and irritated, yes that could happen.
