I have felt that way so many times! Today in fact! Why do you feel this way? I don't know your story but I'm going to guess this isn't the first time you have felt this way, and your still here. I know it's super scary and the more we are scared the worse it becomes. Try to change your focus. Call someone, play a stupid app game, see if removing the focus of panic and fear helps to eliminate the scary symptoms! :)
