can,t explain my feelings & sensations.

yestaday & today felt weird. wether it,s because the change in weather, i keep feeling weakish like i need to lye/sit quik. i don,t think i feel faint but have the thought of fainting & maybe a sensation. i realy can,t understand & at the same time my head is a bit funny & i go all a bit forgetfull. it,s realy scary. thats all i can say i can,t put my fingure on it to be truthfull.:whistles:

It sounds to me like you're probably hyperventilating. I've had whole days of it. You don't always realise you're breathing weird, but it's like walking around drunk.
