Hi all been a while since i posted on here been dealing with my own issues and trying to resolve.
Anyway i have been thinking and trawling the internet for meetings in and around cardiff for GAD with very little success either long waiting or nothing at all.
so i have been looking at setting weekly meetings up at a local community centre for GAD and i hope it will work out and i will be able to get times and dates soon.
so if you are interested in this please reply.
by the way i am not affiliated in anyway with the nhs or any other mind company i will be making no profit from this in any way shape or form.
there will however be a fee only to pay for room at the community centre.
as a health anxiety sufferer i am reluctant to do this without backing from like minded people.
i realy hope there is interest in this and people will come forwood.
