Aching arms!

Hello,

I've had a cold and cough for about 5 days and earlier today all of a sudden I had pains in my chest, pain in my back and my arms went heavy and were aching too.
Naturally I freaked and was sure I was having a heart attack. Of course this brought on panic feelings. I feel ok now but I'm still worried I have angina or have ha a mild heart attack, my heart was beating fast but was that because of panic or heart problems.
Does this sound normal for coughs and colds.
It scared me so much!!

Perfectly normal Hannah. One of the most common symptoms of colds and flu is aches and pains x

Just be grateful you aren't male, the symptoms of a cold are close to child birth :) but I agree what you say sounds completely normal.
