Hi 44yr old had enough of panic attacks

Hi, I have been suffering for about 15yrs, I have had a good year and suddenly its started all over again. I sleep about 4 hours a night because of the palpitations. It all started after someone smashed in to the back of my car and now I can not even travel far because of the anxiety. I work as a carer and I am now finding it hard to go to work. This has now caused me to have depression as well.
