burning sensations

I'm away on a trip for softball tournament I was just about to fall asleep and I feel anxious about my heart rate and my arms chest and head feels burning. Anyone feels this. I want to sleep.

I have experienced that before. It is just another anxiety symptom, unfortunately. Best way to over come it is to not think about it too much, let it do it's worst.
