Tunnel vision

When I feel anxious in shops and at work etc I feel like I get tunnel Vision and also like the other side of the room is so far away :-( . Anyone else get this ?

I used to experience that quite regularly, not for some time.
not helpful when driving..

Thankfully it doesn't happen when I'm driving I think concentrating on the task of driving is enough to stop the symptoms
