Hi all back again :( just over 5 weeks into citalopram amd feeling absolutely petrified! Just want to get into bed and not move :( is this normal xx

I'm just finishing week 3 and have had a rotten weekend after 5 good days. :weep:

Have you felt any benefits from the citalopram yet? It could just be a blip!

Hey teej sorry your feeling bad. No I havent really felt any benefits yet. Awful intrusive thoughts, dont feel llie me, feel like I dont no what im doing. Its horrible! I went on them before and they worked but before I had support, this time im going it alone and tfying to work and look after my son. I just feel scared. what mg u on? X

I'm on 20mg at the moment although I'm going to see how my "blip" goes and maybe go talk to my GP about raising it if things don't smooth out. I know a lot of people say you do take a while to settle onto these pills, but it seems to vary from person to person.

What dose are you on? Maybe it's worth a chat with your GP to see if there is anything they can advise?
