Hi everyone,
Hope everyone is well. Thought I would introduce myself to this forum. Been suffering anxiety since 18....have made massive steps to the point where I am trying to overcome my last phobia and basically live my dream of travelling abroad...I hope to do this next year with a lot of luck!
I look forward to reading this forum and having advice from people who are beating this. I also can give advice to people who just feel like there is nothing can be done. Believe me. You can beat this :)
