Going on flight & chest pain

Morning. Im going on a flight on my own at 10am. Im wn route to airport and having chest/breast/heart pain. Like my hearr/left breast is really tight. Logically im saying its anxiety about going abroad alone. My worry is that ive had this pain for weeks and maybe its breast cancer or heart disease and im going to have a stroke when im abroad on my own or get really ill.
I have suffered with anxiety symptoms since a bad experience while abroad on my own 20yrs ago.
Ive xanax with me but havent taken yet. Maybe i should?
