Most of the day.
Not a lot! Thankfully, I'm really reaching a good phase with my HA, I'm happy to say :)

Sorry just noticed the % sign, about 70% of the day
Not even 5% and I'm really happy about the way that I started my day. Positively, and I am continuing to give myself the same messages. thanks for asking the questions, Skippy!
Having an awful day today, even considered phoning an ambulance!
I would say 95% I am convinced something will happen today and my symptoms aren't just anxiety....
100% as im frightened I have a tumor x
Those that replied, think of your answer another way. Take the difference in the percentage and that's how much of your day you've spent living :(
Positive thoughts

Even though I feel a little better today, I am still 100% anxious and worrying about my health, various different things. Spent worrying today just a few things.

Exactly, I was thinking about this today. I was thinking about the amount if hours I have not lived and it's upsetting.
For me, not much today, only about 10% today, but there is always a kind of low level anxiety in the background that isn't necessarily connected to anything specific, just general anxiety (I was diagnosed with GAD so probably that explains it!)

Know that my intent was not to upset anyone but to perhaps motivate you to take the beast by the horns and fight to take your life back. Worrying is like chasing the wind....
Positive thoughts!
And your right Fishmanpa, you really are and it's worked. I felt happiness for the first time in ages today and part of that was due to your great post earlier to me. But I got a bit emotional as realised how much of my life I have wasted. We all have the chance to not have to look back in a few years and think of the time we've wasted. Like you said, we need to grab it by its horns.

Probably about 60%
Right. To those of you who replied with a percentage, your aim tomorrow is to halve that number.
"But how can I do that if I'm having all these scary symptoms?"
Good question. The answer is to find yourself more distractions. As soon as the anxiety starts to build and you start to edge towards Dr Google, I want you to stop immediately and distract yourself. If you have access to music, listen to some uplifting songs. Even better, listen to some podcasts, play a game on your phone, do a word puzzle or crossword or sudoku - ANYTHING which you have to give your full attention.
Secondly, for just one day, say to your symptoms: "F****** bring it on then. DO YOUR WORST. FOR TODAY, I AM NOT GOING TO BE AFRAID OF YOU. IF YOU KILL ME SO BE IT. I AM NOT AFRAID OF YOU. I WILL NOT LET WORRYING ABOUT YOU TAKE UP ONE MORE MINUTE OF THIS PRECIOUS, BEAUTIFUL DAY."
Finally, at the end of the day I want you to come back to this thread and post your new percentage. Then on Wednesday we'll do the comfort zone challenge...
about 70%, my head hurts and my brain tumor thoughts are partying with me at the moment
80% It was calmed when I saw a DR
Remember, today your aim is to halve that number. In fact, you shouldn't even be reading this!

I am feeling good today, however I still worried for my health. I think it is an age thing and seeing things in the newspaper, media, adverts etc.
On a % rating is still a huge 100% being anxious . amount of time worrying very calm.
About 60-70% I reckon. Focussing on ovarian cancer and bowel cancer with a few percentage points thinking that I might have a brain tumour.

Even though I am not showing it today, I am still worried about nearly every cancer and disease in the world.
I did make sure I go for a walk this morning to get some fresh air.
