Hi so, I got prescribed beta blockers for my palpitations six months ago and until yesterday I was too afraid to take them. I took my dose and I have to say, I think it helped. However, I have now read up on the side effects and cant help but think I am having difficulty breathing. I know my face is flushed too. It feels like a pressure in my stomach or my chest I am not sure which, and like I have to really try to get a deep breath. Am I imagining this? When I take a deep breath it is fine and no pain or anything like that. Confused.
