Chest Pains

I'm just curious how severe can chest pains get from the cause of anxiety? I'm a long time sufferer of panic attacks now get them once every three months sometimes longer and have not had any meds for them in about 6 months at least, except for lorazepam as needed.

I do now get center chest pains as I am experience now as I write this, interested to hear from other sufferers .
