Me again...I've been having aching and pain in my left upper back for a while now, think it might be due to really bad mattress. Today I started getting a pulsing pain, that I can only describe as spasm like in my left upper back. It pulses for about a minute then goes then maybe 2 hours later it happens again. My main worry at the moment is my heart so obviously it's made me panic. Has anyone experienced this? Could it just be muscle spasms. Oh how I hate health anxiety!!! :(
