Hi all. I am so glad to come across this site. Since my early teens I have had problems with depression and anxiety. I'm now 40 and having problems with social anxiety. Which lends itself to an interesting life as I am a pub landlady :-/. I also tend to be a self medicator. I'm looking forward to reading about other peoples experiences :)
