Hi AnxietySufferer,

I used to have homemade flapjacks and porridge when I was suffering, also Jacket potatoes, all quite calorific and easy on the tummy x

I would go easy on the fat if you have IBS, as that often causes problems.

Your best bet might be to see a dietician. They should be able to help with this kind of thing.

Are you replacing wheat and chocolate in your diet, or just cutting things out? Because if you're just cutting out, say, biscuits, then this would explain the weight loss. You might just need some extra snacks.
