sharp achey chest pain when leaning over?

im getting this chest pain that comes on if I've been slouched forward for a while. it's a sharp aching pain right where my heart is. if i get up and walk it gets better but it's still scaring me.

it feels like my stomach is pushing up my heart or something, like a fullness and pressing feeling.

i did notice it is worse on a full stomach too.
im worried about pericarditis or something :(
i hate heart related pains cause they scare me so much

My guess is trapped wind, you have been slouched? you get up and move about and it get's better, trapped wind, it always feels like it's where your heart is, i get it myself.
