Itchy mole on face?

I have posted about getting new moles on my face and on my body recently.
I have one on my face which hasn't changed in shape or colour but I think its been itching for about.. 2/3 weeks now...
its either the mole itching or the area around it i.e spots or heat spots or something. its on my cheek.
Like i do have spots around it, not normal popping spots but more like this colourless bumpy spots.
I have also been thinking about melanoma cancer since i found these moles too.

I haven't yet, however, a family member suggested getting acupuncture, so I might give that a go.

Acupuncture I would do more for muscle pain or physical illness, for anxiety it might be better to go with some of the recommend treatments like CBT, psychotherapy, lifestyle measures and daily relaxation methods.

CBT has worked wonders for me. It's hard work but if you're willing to put in the time and effort, it can really be helpful.
