Hi - I just want to share my good day. All started with a lie in until 5am. Six hours sleep, two hours more than usual. So much energy. Been busy at work and the sun has been out. Tonight it was choir night and that's always a good place to be.
Stupid thoughts have been kept at bay with all the activity, just hope they'll stay wherever they are to let me sleep tonight.
