Heart beat

Maybe a silly question but when lying on your left side, should you feel your heart beat? Almost like a bubble pulsating under your skin? I don't know if its normal, I know how stupid that sounds but my chest feels weird.. :(

For me, sometimes, yes, sometimes I can't feel anything. I think both are normal.
