Ok so about 3 weeks ago I started getting a muscle just above my belly button to the right, Two days later I fell pretty badly and the pain got worse, two weeks later the pain has turned into a burning itching sensation within the muscle, but the problem is the doctor won't really see me due to my health anxiety.
If anyone else has experienced this could you please give me some advice on what it could be? If it could be a torn muscle or something?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have also noticed it feels worse after I wake up from a long sleep, and such.
