Hi, I'm Lily. I'm 31 and live South West Uk. I've had depression and anxiety problems for about 12 years.... very up and down a lot of the time! Not sure what 'type' of anxiety 'disorder' I have but I suspect GAD these days.... had lots of treatment for depression, very little specifically for anxiety problems and don't know anyone who frets about things as much as I do!!!
Decided to join this forum as this afternoon is yet another afternoon filled with the usual anxiety *sigh*.
