dizzy spell, weird burning smell

Hey guys,

I have been struggling with anxiety all my life but lately (today) I had this weird thing happening.

I had a strong dizzy spell feeling while sitting down, and then one hour later, at lunch, I felt the food smelling like burnt rubber or something like that. It happened twice, then I stopped eating and it went away all day.

I googled this and am very scared that this might be a sign of something serious - what do you guys think?
